Pumpkin pie oatmeal (v)


• 1/2 cup steel cut oats
• 1 cup plant milk
• 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of ground cloves
•1/8 tsp ground ginger
•1/4 tsp cinnamon
•1/8 tsp nutmeg
•pinch of allspice.
•1/8 tsp cardamon (optional).
•sweetener of choice (i like maple syrup)


cook oats and plant milk until liquid is absorbed or until oats are soft. stir in the pumpkin, spices, and sweetener. Enjoy!
