5 minute oats with yogurt

5 minute oats.

Oats,raw honey,yogurt,cinnamon,oat milk,and chia seeds. Simple and delicious ingredients!

super healthy and quick to make! No cooking required!

Gluten free

Use gluten free oats ,gluten free oat milk or dairy free milk,and leave out the wheat germ.

Dairy free

Use dairy free yogurt!

blueberries and bananas!


1/4 to 1/2 cup oats.

Honey to taste.

1-2 tsp olive oil (extra virgin).

A little coconut oil.

Cinnamon to taste.

1 tbsp wheat germ (optional).

7 heaping tbsp of yogurt of choice.

1 pinch of ground ginger.

1 tbsp dairy free milk ( I used oat milk).

Chia seeds.

5 minute oats.


Stir until well combined. Let sit for 5 to 10 mins until set.


Garnish with…


Banana slices.
