I love salad so I’m always trying new salads and their dressings!

Yup! This salad and its dressing is gluten free!

For chicken lovers!
Put grilled sesame chicken over this salad for some protein power! If you’d prefer steak that’s fine too:)

Ingredients
1 stalk of celery ,ribbon sliced.
1 head of lettuce chopped.
Baby carrots cut lengthwise.
Half a grapefruit segmented.
Fresh mint sprigs.
The dressing
4 tbsp light olive oil.
2/3 cup white vinegar.
3-4 tbsp coconut aminos. (Or gluten free soy sauce).
2-3 tbsp fresh grated ginger.

DIRECTIONS
Arrange the salad as desired or shown in image above.
Stir the dressing then drizzle over the salad.
Want a more simple dressing?
Use fresh grated ginger and coconut aminos ( or soysauce).
