
this is not the ordinary avocado toast no this is healthier!
Microgreens are a new thing so why not with avocado? So I added some on the avocado toast and it got way better!

First of all avocados have so many health benefits and adding microgreens makes it amazing for you!
Ingredients
1 avocado mashed
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Lemon juice to drizzle
Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
Microgreens
2-4 slices healthy toast (whole wheat)
Spread the avocado on the toast.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with microgreens and lemon juice .
Finish with extra virgin olive oil.
Enjoy!
Other toppings:
Radishes
Paprika
Onion
Gluten free: use gluten free toast.

Lemon juice can be optioned out for lime juice if needed.
Change it up!: instead of avocado use a variety of different veggies for example:hummus,tizatia,or sesame paste!
Sweet mix up!: use a nut butter and top with fruit ,chia seeds,and coconut flakes!
