Lemon butter garlic broccoli

If you love broccli you’ll love this! I have always loved broccoli but some people ( mostly kids) dont like broccoli. Add a little butter to the scene and boom you’ve got deliciousness!

Dairy free: use dairy free butter or coconut oil.

Dont like garlic?: then just leave it out!(:

out of lemons?: then use a lime or other citrus fruit.

dont like broccoli?: then use cauliflower!(:

Want a little spicy?!: then add some hot sauce or ground red pepper!

I myself like a little spice!(:

Ingredients

1 large head of broccoli chopped

3-4 tbsp butter

Olive oil and extra butter for the pan

Black pepper to taste

1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder

Sea salt to taste

Half a lemon juice

Dried Italian spices to taste

At medium high in a skillet, melt some butter with olive oil. Then add the broccoli and the rest of the ingredients. Cook until broccoli is tender and taste lemony. Serve warm with grilled chicken or salmon and garnish with lemon slices.

I have gotten addicted to freezing watermelon and using it in smoothies, sorbets, and vegan ice creams! Make sure to freeze the banana and watermelon the day before you make this. Serves: 1-2 Ingredients: Directions: Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
