The best broccoli you’ll ever have!

This has got to be my favorite recipe for broccoli ever! When I say ever I mean better then a restuarants broccoli! If you think I’m over reacting , try it for yourself and tell me in the comments below. thanks!

Dairy free: use coconut cream instead but it wont taste as delicious!

Garlic free: leave it out and use onion but garlic is so good and it repels mosquitoes when eaten!

INGREDIENTS

1-2 garlic cloves ,minced

1/4-1/2 cup cream

Sea salt to taste

1 head broccoli ,chopped

Black pepper to taste

Extra virgin olive oil as needed (1-2 tbsp)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute the broccoli in all the ingredients until fragrant.
  2. When broccoli is tender serve. Serve with steak,burgers,or veggie bowls.
  3. Enjoy!!

Mediterranean salad

Iceberg lettuce, kalamata olives, sundried, tomatoes, and vegan pesto dressing! Ingredients Directions: Toss together lettuce, artichoke hearts, chickpeas, a few sundried tomatoes, and kalamata olives. Whisk together some pesto and olive oil. Drizzle over the salad and enjoy! I love serving this with pasta.

Watermelon banana shake

I have gotten addicted to freezing watermelon and using it in smoothies, sorbets, and vegan ice creams! Make sure to freeze the banana and watermelon the day before you make this. Serves: 1-2 Ingredients: Directions: Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
