Get your green on broccoli ,brussel sprout stir-fry!

Hey veggie lovers! This is a super healthy stir-fry that’s vegetarian and totally healthy!

Before I tell you the ingredients I’d like to say some things. First off if you want a good stir-fry do it the organic way and second do not over salt this believe me too much salt and brussel sprouts dont mix well!

The last thing is please try some of my other recipes if you want something to do(below).

INGREDIENTS

1 small head broccoli

1 bag brussel sprouts ends cut off and cut lengthwise

Sea salt to taste

Extra virgin olive oil as needed

Pinch of onion powder

4 very small garlic cloves minced

DIRECTIONS

In a skillet or wok cook the veggies and other ingredients until tender.

Enjoy!
