Fresh Brussel sprouts sauted in butter,garlic,and a little olive oil. Will definitely fill your cravings for brussel sprouts!

I used fresh brussel sprouts from a farm stand for best results,but if you have to you can use store bought instead.

Make it dairy free

Use dairy free butter,coconut oil,or olive oil in place of butter.

Serves: 2-4

12-ozs of brussel sprouts or more sliced in half and bottoms removed.

Extra virgin olive oil for cooking.

1-1 1/2 tbsp butter or olive oil.

Sea salt and black pepper to taste.

2 pinches of italian dried herbs.

3 garlic cloves,minced.

heat a pan of pot to medium-high.

Add the olive oil and garlic. Then add the brussel sprouts,salt,and pepper.

When slightly browned add the butter and italian herbs. Brown a little more. Enjoy!
