Pumpkin pie smoothie (v)


• 1 and a half frozen banana’s, sliced.

• 1/4 cup plant milk.

• pinch each of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, ground ginger, and cardamon (optional).

• 2 tbsp pumpkin puree.


blend the ingredients until smooth. top with pepitas.
