Best ever peach cobbler

The best peach cobbler! I made this recipe in a cast iron skillet even though it’s hot it was old fashioned and delicious!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour

1 29 oz can peaches (2 cans)

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tbsp baking soda

1/2 tbsp cream of tarter

4 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 375°f

For topping

Mix the flour,sugar;salt ,baking soda,and cream of tarter in a large bowl. Set aside.

For the bottom

Mix the peaches,cinnamon,and a little sugar in the cast iron skillet.

Finish the topping

Mix in the butter and cream into the the topping mixture. Then place topping over the peaches.

Bake at 375°f for 40 mins until golden brown.
