Eggless vegan pumpkin bread

Pumpkin,and pumpkin pie spice in a warm delicious bread! I love pumpkin bread even if it’s not fall I will still eat it right up!

In most of my recipes I try not to use eggs best I can mostly because Idont like touching raw eggs!

Sliced eggless vegan pumpkin bread.

Gluten free:

Use gluten free flour instead of all purpose.

Make applesauce bread instead

Use applesauce in place of pumpkin and apple pie spice in place of pumpkin pie spice! Tell me how it turns out!

A buttered slice of eggless vegan pumpkin bread!

2 cups all purpose flour or gluten free. Or use 1 cup spelt and 1 cup all purpose or gluten free.

1 1/2 tsp baking soda.

1/2 tsp cream of tartar.

1/2 cup sugar of choice.( I used granulated sugar).

1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.

1/4 Tsp sea salt.

1/3 cup dairy free milk (I used coconut milk).

1/4 to 1/3 cup coconut oil (I used 1/3 cup , but you might need a tbsp more).

15-oz can organic pumpkin puree (or normal pumpkin puree).


right before baking!

Mix alm the ingredients in an electric mixer until well combined.

Grease a bread dish and pour batter evenly onto the dish.

Bake at 350°f for 1 hour or more.
