Cherry coconut popsicles

cherry coconut popsicles

Frozen cherries, coconut milk, almond butter, and chai seeds make these popsicles the best! Try these sweet no sugar added fruit pops that will make you beg for more!

It’s hot outside and what better way to cool off then eat a popsicle?!

Why anyone can have these pops?

Dairy free ( if you use dairy free yogurt).

Gluten free

Nut free ( dont use the almond butter and you may not be able to have coconut so use plant based milk).

What type of coconut milk?

I used canned and normal coconut milk. Canned is creamy while a carton of it is smooth and thin.

1 tbsp almond butter.

2 cups frozen cherries.

1/2 cup canned coconut milk.

1/4 cup yogurt of choice.

2-3 tbsp coconut milk.

3/4 cup non canned coconut milk.

2 tsp chia seeds.

Blend until smooth.

Pour evenly into 6 popsicle holders.

Pour some extra canned coconut milk at the top of the popsicles.

Freeze for 4-6 hours.
