It’s hot outside and what better way to cool off then eat a popsicle?!

There…

Dairy free ( if you use dairy free yogurt).

Vegan

Gluten free

Nut free ( dont use the almond butter and you may not be able to have coconut so use plant based milk).

What type of coconut milk?

I used canned and normal coconut milk. Canned is creamy while a carton of it is smooth and thin.

Ingredients

1 tbsp almond butter.

2 cups frozen cherries.

1/2 cup canned coconut milk.

1/4 cup yogurt of choice.

2-3 tbsp coconut milk.

3/4 cup non canned coconut milk.

2 tsp chia seeds.

DIRECTIONS

Blend until smooth.

Pour evenly into 6 popsicle holders.

Pour some extra canned coconut milk at the top of the popsicles.

Freeze for 4-6 hours.

Enjoy!
