Ginger salad dressing

ginger salad dressing.

Fresh grated ginger, sweet raw honey,fresh lemon zest, and minced garlic make this recipe sweet yet spicy!

I love salads and dressings are what make them so good! If you have a good dressing you have a good salad!

The best type of lettuce for a salad

It really depends on the dressing ,but my personal favorite is butter crunch or romaine lettuce in organic.

Spinach is also a nice addition to a salad!

Salad add ins

Croutons make a lovely addition to a salad I especially like the garden herb kind ,but homemade is even better!

Cheese I like goat cheese ,feta ,sheep cheese,or farmers cheese on my salads.

Nuts walnuts, peanuts ,pistachios I like them all on a salad! You could also get seasoned nuts too!

Fruit fruit gives you a nice burst of flavor on a salad!

Ingredients

2 tbsp fresh grated ginger.

1 tsp honey.

sea salt to taste.

1 garlic clove,minced.

2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce.

1 lemon ,zested.

2 tbsp white vinegar.

2 tbsp or more of extra virgin olive oil.

DIRECTIONS

Stir well.

Serve on your salad and add the toppings.

Enjoy!
