
Baby carrots,shallots,and parsley. For a little more flavor I added mustard and honey! Simple,easy,delicious!
I love veggies and sauted veggies are especially delicious!
The carrots
Use organic baby carrots because organic veggies have the best flavor!
Ingredients
2cups baby carrots.
Shallot ,minced.
Parsley ( add last) optional.
Honey to taste (optional).
Mustard to garnish (optional).
DIRECTIONS
Saute the carrots with all the ingredients except the mustard.
Asd the parsley before serving.
Crunchy or soft? Cook longer for soft carrot and shorter for crunchy carrots.
