How to crush the pecans:
Put the pecans in a plastic bag. Smash with a hammer lightly or a pan.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crushed pecans.
2 tbsp coconut oil (or butter ,but it wont be dairy free).
1 recipe for pie crust of choice.
3/4 cup canned coconut milk.
Pinch of sea salt.
1/4 cup organic maple syrup.
1/2 cup brown sugar.
1 tsp vanilla (optional).


DIRECTIONS
Bake the crust at 350°f for 8-10 mins.

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Pour into the crust. Bake at 350°f for 30-40 mins.
