2 turkey patties.
1 pita sliced in half.
2 lettuce leaf.
2-3 sprigs of mint.
2 spoonfuls of farmer cheese or goat cheese.
Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle.

Directions
Take the two pita halves and put all the ingredients in both pita halves.
