Ingredients

Serves:1-2

Greek pitas.

2 turkey patties.

1 pita sliced in half.

2 lettuce leaf.

2-3 sprigs of mint.

2 spoonfuls of farmer cheese or goat cheese.

Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle.

Herb mix.

Cooking the patties.

Directions

Take the two pita halves and put all the ingredients in both pita halves.

Cook the turkey patties in a skillet on medium high until firm and browned on both sides.
