Leave out the wheat germ and gluten free oats.

Use dairy free yogurt (I recommend coco ut milk yogurt).

1 banana.

3-4 tbsp greek yogurt.

3 tbsp coconut flakes.

1/2 tbsp wheat germ.

1/2 cup coconut milk.

1/2 tbsp almond butter.

2 tsp chia seeds.

Pinch of turmeric.

Pinch of ground ginger.

1/4 cup oats.

1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.

Squeeze of lime juice.



Blend until smooth.

Garnish with…


Coconut flakes.

Chia seeds.

Wheat germ.
