Bluberries, almondmilk, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and a squeeze of lime juice! I love healthy smoothies and when there’s no added sugar you have no worries!
I make all my smoothies fresh without a recipe and I just throw in whatever I have, blend it ,and enjoy! You dont have to follow this recipe exactly dont feel like you have to use exactly the same kind of almond milk or coconut milk.
Wheat germ
If you dont have wheat germ (or you have no idea what it is) then just leave it out or use nut butter in its place for a little kick of nutty flavor!
Chia seeds
Packed with tons of benefits chia seeds are great for smoothies or muffins. I use chia seeds in my yogurt or o make chia pudding!
If you dont have limes
Use lemon juice or no citrus juice at all! Although the lime or lemon juice helps give a sweeter flavor.
Make it gluten free or vegan
Leave out the wheat germ or use nut butter instead.
Make it dairy free
Use dairy free yogurt. I recommend using almond or coconut milk yogurt.
