I love yogurt! In smoothies,muffins,bowls,with honey,on pancakes,anything really!

Kefir is like a slightly lighter version of yogurt, but with a more creamy flavor.
I like breakfast to be quick,easy,and simple so I can get up and eat!

Vanilla kefir (or kefir flavor of choice).
Banana slices from one small banana.
Chia seeds.
Coconut flakes.
Pecans (or walnuts).
Coconut oil.
Sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of choice).
Mint.
DIRECTIONS
Pour the kefir into a small bowl.
Top with the banana slices,chia seeds,coconut flakes,and pecans.
in a small bowl mix a little coconut oil with desired amount of nut butter. Drizzle over the kefir bowl.
Garnish with mint and enjoy!
