Mini crepes topped with fresh strawberries and raspberries,drizzled with honey yogurt and finally topped with mint and chia seeds!

Crepes are hard to make and I would not try making them any bigger then these because it’s quite hard! Making crepes mini means less time and more ways to serve it!

Savory crepes

Leave out the sugar and use savory toppings sush as…

Bacon.

Egg.

Basil.

Tomato.

Mushrooms.

veggies.

Anything you want.

Sweet crepes

use fruit and sweet toppings such as…

Fruit of choice.

Chocolate syrup and/or chips.

Whipped cream.

Honey yogurt.

Chia seeds.

Mint.

Nuts.

Nut butter.

Mini eggless crepes

Ingredients

Category: french

Makes: about 12 mini crepes

1 cup dairy free milk (I used almond milk).

1/2 cup spelt flour.

1/2 cup white rice flour.

Pinch of ses salt.

If sweet crepes use 1 tbsp sugar.

1/4 cup coconut oil.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

pour a small amount of the batter onto a pan.

Cook at medium high on a stovetop until slightly darker in color on each side.

Top with toppings of choice.

Enjoy!
