Berry cobbler crumble

Crispy pecan pie crust layered with mixed berries,cinnamon,sugar,and lemon juice. Then topped with a spelt crumble top. Enjoy!

Ive made many kinds of pie,but this one has just made my top of the list pie!

Make it gluten free

Use gluten free flour in place of normal flour. King Arthur gluten free flour is a good brand.

Ingredients

Serves: 8-10

pecan pie crust

Pecan pie crust

1 cup or less of pecans crushed.

1 cup all purpose flour.

1/4 cup spelt flour.

Pinch of sea salt.

1/3 cup butter (or dairy free butter).

2-3 tbsp sugar.

4-5 tbsp water if needed.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together in an electric mixer until well combined. Put into a greased pie dish.

3 cups frozen mixed berries.

2 tbsp or more of spelt flour.

1/4 cup cane sugar.

Juice of 1/2 a lemon.

1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon.

2 tbsp almond milk.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together until well coated. Pour onti the pie crust in the pie dish.

Crumble top

The crumble top

1/4 cup oats.

1/2 cup spelt flour.

1/2 cup white rice flour.

1/3 cup coconut oil (or butter).

1/4 tsp cinnamon.

1 tbsp sugar.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Then sprinkle on top of the pie.

Bake the pie at 350°f for 30 to 40 mins until browned.
