
Easy blended salsa restaurant style! Delicous served on taco salad or with tortilla chips!
I like fresh salsa made at home and i had all the ingredients to make salsa so on cinco de mayo we ate taco salad with all the sides! Salsa,guacamole,black beans, and much more.
I did use a can of diced tomatoes with chilies,but you could use fresh tomatoes and chilies.
Make it sweeter
If you want a tangy sweet salsa I’d add in some pineapple or mango.
Make it spicy
Add in some diced jalapenos and a little more red pepper. Cayenne pepper can be used too,but it’s very spicy.

Ingredients
Category: Mexican
Makes: 2-3 cups
1 can of diced tomatoes with chilies.
1/3 cup diced white onion.
1 garlic clove minced.
Cilantro.
Juice of 1/2 a lemon.
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (E.V.O.O).
Sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Pinch of ground red pepper.
Ground Cumin to taste.
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until slightly chunky.
Serve in a bowl with tortilla chips if desired.
