Thai salad dressing

thai salad

Red thai Curry paste, fresh grated ginger, fresh coconut milk, thyme, and a hint of coconut aminos (or soy sauce).

I love thai food! Its healthy,a little spicy, and delicious! I got some red thai Curry paste for a different recipe ,but since you only use a little bit I had a lot left over. Dressing was the first thing that came into my mind! So enjoy this slightly spicy dressing!

Best thing about this dressing!

Gluten free.

Dairy free.

Soy free (unless you use soy sauce).
