Rosemary potatoes

Red potatoes sauted in rosemary,olive oil,and a little salt and pepper. It’s that simple!

potatoes can be so many different things! Potatoes can be made into: soup,bread,cake,flour,starch,mashed potatoes,and so much more! Although you can make them so many ways I like them sauted just the way they are!

Category: American/Irish

Serves: 2-4

4 small red potatoes diced.

Sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Oil for cooking.

Fresh rosemary.


In a pot or pan at medium high cook the potatoes with all the ingredients.

When tender and softened serve.

Garnish with more fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
