tzatziki and salad

Use as a dip or salad dressing its delicious either way! Cucumber,yogurt,garlic,olive oil,lemon juice,parsley,and mint blended into one deliciously refreshing bowl!

Tzatziki is a greek dip or salad dressing consisting mainly of yogurt,cucumber,and olive oil. I do love a good salad dressing and I like to try every kind of dressing possible so I’m on a mission to try a different dressing on every salad I make! So stay tuned for more salads and dressings to come!

Make it dairy free

Use coconut milk yogurt in place of dairy yogurt.” So delicous” is a great dairy free yogurt brand.

Reasons why this dressing is great!


Gluten free.

Can be dairy free by replacing one simple ingredient!

Soy free.

Can be vegan by replacing one simple ingredient!


Great as a dip or a salad dressing!

Tzatziki and salad


Category: greek

Serves: 1 per salad


For the tzatziki

1/2 cup minced cucumber.

1/2 cup yogurt of choice (usually greek yogurt).

1 garlic clove minced.

Garlic powder to taste.

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

Sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Juice of half a lemon or lime.

Parsley chopped stem and all.



Stir until well combined and smooth.


For the salad

Romaine lettuce chopped.

Cherry tomatoes,sliced.


Farmer cheese.


toss and arrange as desired.
