Ingredients

Serves: 1 per salad

For the tzatziki
1/2 cup minced cucumber.
1/2 cup yogurt of choice (usually greek yogurt).
1 garlic clove minced.
Garlic powder to taste.
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
Sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Juice of half a lemon or lime.
Parsley chopped stem and all.
Mint.
DIRECTIONS
Stir until well combined and smooth.

For the salad
Romaine lettuce chopped.
Cherry tomatoes,sliced.
Walnuts.
Farmer cheese.
DIRECTIONS
toss and arrange as desired.
