Honey dijon dressing

dijon dressing and a salad

Greek yogurt,olive oil,dijon mustard,honey,lemon juice,and some apple cider vinegar blended together then drizzled over a delightful salad!

It’s hardto get mustard to taste good in dressing, but this is definitely a good one!

Make it dairy free

Use dairy free yogurt or if you dont have yogurt use sour cream!

Ingredients

Serves: 1 per salad and 2-3 per dressing

Honey dijon dressing

The dressing

1/4 cup greek yogurt.

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

1/2 a garlic clove minced.

2 tbsp dijon mustard.

Honey to taste.

Sea salt and black pepper to taste.

1 tbsp lemon juice.

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

DIRECTIONS

Blend until smooth.

Avocado slices.

chopped romaine lettuce.

Sliced carrots.

Sliced celery.

Thyme to garnish.

Parsley to garnish.

DIRECTIONS

Toss and arrange as desired. Drizzle with the dressing.
