
Pitas stuffed with carrots, celery, black olives, olive oil, farmer cheese, and a delicous juicy beef burger! If you vegan then I recommend using a veggie burger.
For some reason when you have a table full of different combinations that you can fill you plate up with it makes you want to start asap (and it makes you way more hungry!😋

use veggie burgers or leave out the burger part completely!
Dairy free
leave ut the farmer cheese and greek yogurt or use dairy free yogurt and goat or sheep cheese!

4 thick fully cooked burger patties cut in half.
8 pita pockets.
Chopped celery.
Chopped carrots.
Black olives.
Sliced avocado.
Lime wedges.
Chopped lettuce.
Greek yogurt.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Farmer cheese or feta.

DIRECTIONS
Fill you pita up with whatever ingredients you want!

Other add ins
Mustard.
Cilantro.
Green goddess dressing.
Cerry tomatoes.
Hummus.
sliced Colby Jack cheese or cheese of choice.
Anything else you like!
