Avocado green goddess dressing and a salad

A changed up version or original green goddess dressing that tastes like a herb filled yogurt that you could eat by the spoonful!

Avocado,greek yogurt,almond milk,parsley,thyme,rosemary,sage, leek,and basil blended together to make a smooth dressing to serve a top any salad you like!

Ingredients

Category: greek

Serves: 1 per salad and about 3-4 per dressing

Avocado green goddess dressing

The dressing

3/4 of an avocado.

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.

4 heaping tbsp greek yogurt.

1 small bunch parsley stem and all.

Thyme sprigs.

Rosemary sprigs.

Sage to taste.

Leek chopped about 1 tbsp.

2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar.

Basil sprigs.

Sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Chive or scallion flowers to garnish if desired.

DIRECTIONS

Blend until smooth.

Chopped romaine lettuce.

Sliced carrots.

Goat cheese.

Walnuts (optional).

Chopped basil.

Grapefruit segments.

DIRECTIONS

Toss and arrange as desired. Top with the dressing.
