Vegan pancakes

fluffy vegan pancakes topped with pomegranate, chocolate chips,honey,walnuts,nut butter,and blackberries! So good you might not eat them only for breakfast!

Pancakes are easy to make with simple ingredients so they can be changed up quite a bit. If you dont have oat flour use what you do have!

These pancakes have unlimited toppings!

Ingredients

Category: American

Makes: 12 pancakes

3 cups oat flour (or 2 1/2 cups oat flour and 1/2 cup spelt).

4 tbsp sugar.

Pinch of sea salt.

2 cups almond milk (or dairy free milk).

2 tbsp dairy free milk with lemon juice.

2 tsp vanilla.

oill for the pan (I used coconut oil).

DIRECTIONS

Heat a pan to medium high heat. Put oil in the pan and pour a small amount of the pancake batter in the pan. Flip when bubbles appear. When golden brown put on a plate,top with desired ingredients,and enjoy!

Toppings…..

ppomegranate seeds.

Honey.

Maple syrup.

Maple syrup.

Chocolate syrup.

Chocolate chips.

Nut butter with some coconut oil.

Fruit.

Nuts (I used walnuts).

Dairy free whip cream.

Enjoy!
