Frozen acai puree can be found at most grocery stores and is not only delicous,but full of health benefits!

1 small individual packet of frozen acai puree.

1 banana.

1/4 cup almond milk or non-dairy milk.

1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit.

2-3 tbsp coconut flakes.

Blend until smooth.


Gluten free oats.

Chia seeds.

Coconut flakes.

Walnuts or any other nuts.

Nut butter with coconut oil.
