1/4 cup frozen cabernet grapes or bluberries.
1 cup almond milk.
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries.
1 banana very ripe.

DIRECTIONS
Blend until smooth.

Sliced blackberries.

Chia seeds.
Frozen Dragon fruit chunks.
Mint.
Nut butter with some coconut oil.
