Vanilla nut granola

When you make this fragrant granola your while kitchen will smell like vanilla and toasted oats! Simple ingredients in their raw forms, toasted into a wonderful, nutty granola!

Simpler version

For a extremely simple version of this granola use only vanilla extract, oats,and cinnamon!

Serves: 1-2

1/2 cup gluten free oats.

1/2 tbsp chia seeds.

Honey to taste.

Crushed pecans as desired.

Vanilla extract to taste.

1-2 tbsp almond or nut butter.

Cinnamon to taste.

Pinch of ground ginger.

Pinch of nutmeg.

Extra virgin olive oil for the pan.

Pinch of sea salt.

The ingredients


At medium high in a pot, toast all the ingredients until fragrant or toasted as desired.

Serve over yogurt if desired.
