Ingredients
1 tsp carob powder or cocoa powder.
1 cup frozen tropical fruit mix.
1 tbsp coconut flakes.
1/4 cup canned coconut milk.
3 spoonfuls greek yogurt.
Pinch of ground turmeric.
1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger.
1 spoonful chia jam or chia seeds.
1/2-1 tbsp wheat germ.
1/2-1 scoop of protein powder.
3/4 cup coconut milk (not canned).
1 handful spinach.
DIRECTIONS
Blend until smooth.
Garnish:
Coconut flakes.
Oatmeal.
Fruit ( blueberries).
Wheat germ.
Chia jam or chia seeds.
Mint.
thyme.
basil.
