Spicy and savory red curry salmon the perfect thai recipe to make when you want a little spice! Dairy and gluten free! Thai red curry paste is what gives this recipe its spicy thai flavor!

I was first introduced to thai red curry paste at a restaurant called Bangkok. It’s a thai place and it has the best pineapple curry on the planet! Look up bangkok restaurant in your area to find one near you.

I have a specific brand of red curry paste that I Highly recommend. It’s called “thai kitchen”. The image is shown below:⬇️

You can serve this recipe with…

Lemon butter garlic broccoli.

Garlic spinach.

A stir-fry.

A salad with a thai dressing.

Thai food of choice.

Or anything else you want.

Red curry salmon.

Serves: 4-8

Category: thai

Ingredients:

1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil.

2 tbsp red curry paste.

1/4 cup coconut cream ( on the top of canned coconut milk).

1/2 cup coconut milk (not canned).

1/2 cup water.

2 tsp coconut aminos or soy sauce.

1 tsp brown sugar.

4 salmon fillets cubed and skinned.

Optional garnishes:

1 Thai red Chile seeded, sliced.

Kaffir lime leaves.

DIRECTIONS:

Cook all the ingredients in a wok until salmon is fully cooked and red curry paste is fragrant. Make sure to coat salmon in sauce. Cook top should be at medium high.

Where to find kaffir lime leaves?:

You may have to order them online or you might be able to find them in a international or thai market.
