Veggie sandwich

Lettuce, carrots, celery, farmer cheese, mustard, and basil put between two slices of ciabatta bread and wrapped in a napkin! This easy and fresh sandwich is great for an afternoon snack!

Feel free to change this sandwich and fill it with whatever you want!

Make it Dairy free

If you want this sandwich to be vegan or dairy free leave out the farmer cheese.

Make it gluten free

Use gluten free bread, but if you use normal bread organic is the best.

Serves: 1 per sandwich

Two slices of ciabatta bread.

Carrot strips.

Celery strips.

Bib lettuce.

Farmer cheese (optional).

Yellow or dijon mustard.

Basil.

DIRECTIONS

Fill your sandwich with the ingredients. Add in anything else you want!

Enjoy!

Bacon.

Lunch meat.

Serve with

walnuts or any other nuts.

Grapes or fruit of choice.

Anything else you want.
