
This smoothie is one of the best I’ve ever made and it freezes into delicious popsicles.
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled, broken up.
- 1 cup frozen raspberries.
- 1 cup frozen cherries.
- 1 cup frozen pitaya dragon fruit.
- 1/2 cup milk of choice.
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional).
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and top with coconut flakes and cacoa nibs if desired.
