Sauted chayote with sweet peppers

Sauted chayote with sweet peppers

Chayote,sweet peppers,garlic,onion,and olive oil.

Chayote squash is a Mexican vegetable that looks like a granny smith apple, but tastes like a bland cucumber/apple.

Chayote can be found at most mexican markets, but I found this at my local grocery.
