Dragonfruit,banana,mixed berries,and coconut blended together then topped with walnuts,chia seeds,coconut flakes,oats,and delicous nut butter!

I love dragon fruit! It may be a strange kind of fruit,but its packed with health benefits and delicous flavor!

I’m kind of obsessed with nut butter! Particularly sunflower butter at the moment,but I do so want to try tiger nut butter! Other great nut butters are… almond,peanut,cashew,hazelnut,and just about any nut turned into smooth creamy butter!

Ingredients

Serves: 2

1 cup frozen dragonfruit.

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries.

1 banana.

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk.

1-2 tbsp coconut flakes.

DIRECTIONS

Blend until smooth.

Toppings

Walnuts or nut of choice (optional).

Chia seeds.

Coconut flakes.

Nut butter with a little coconut oil.

Gluten free oats.
