
Lime juice,balsamic vinegar,olive oil,parsley,and sea salt drizzled over a salad of chopped romaine,strawberries,parmesan cheese,and walnuts.
Make it dairy free
Leave out the parmesan cheese or use goat cheese instead.

Serves: 1 per salad and 2 per dressing

For the dressing
Equal parts Extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Italian herb mix.
Parsley chopped stem and all.
Juice of 1/2 a lime.
Sea salt and black pepper to taste.
DIRECTIONS
Stir well.

The salad
Chopped lettuce.
Quartered strawberries.
Carrots,chopped.
Walnuts (optional).
DIRECTIONS
Toss and arrange. Drizzle with the dressing.
