Ginger tastes good in almost anything and dressing is one of the best ways to eat it!

Uses simple ingredients: ginger, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and herbs.

lemon ginger dressing

The dressing

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger.

Juice of 1 lemon.

1 tsp lemon zest.

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

italian herb blend to taste.

1 tbsp rice vinegar.

Garlic powder to taste.


Stir well before drizzling over a salad.

Sliced carrots.

Farmer cheese (optional).


Toss and arrange as desired. Top with the dressing.
