The dressing
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger.
Juice of 1 lemon.
1 tsp lemon zest.
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
italian herb blend to taste.
1 tbsp rice vinegar.
Garlic powder to taste.
DIRECTIONS
Stir well before drizzling over a salad.

The salad
Chopped Bib lettuce.
Sliced carrots.
Farmer cheese (optional).
DIRECTIONS
Toss and arrange as desired. Top with the dressing.
