Paprika sesame lime dressing

Minced veggie salad and dressing

I felt like makin . simple ingredient salad yet I wanted it to look complex. This salad and dressing will hit the spot if your looking for a good salad.

if you dont have coconut aminos or rice vinegar, just use soy sauce and white vinegar in it’s place.

drizzled with the dressing

Serves: 1 per salad and 1-2 per dressing

paprika sesame lime dressing

The dressing

2 tbsp rice vinegar.

2 tbsp coconut aminos.

Sesame seeds.

Paprika to taste.

Juice of 1/2 a lime.

Fresh grated ginger to taste.


Stir until well combined.

Minced cucumber.

Minced carrot.

Minced celery.

Sliced black olives.


Sliced avocado.


Toss and arrange as desired or as shown in image.

Lime slices.
