Warm blueberry yogurt (v)

blueberry yogurt

Creamy yogurt topped with warm wild blueberry sauce! This recipe uses only two ingredients!

I love the colors of the blueberry sauce mixed with the pure white yogurt. I used frozen blueberries, but fresh can be used as well.

Variations

Instead of using blueberries you can use other berries such as… blackberries, raspberries, Cabernet grapes, or strawberries. Use any berries or fruit you want!

Add ins

Add in some nuts for extra protein! I used walnuts and pecans, but cashews and/or any other nuts taste great as well!

Ingredients

Category: American

Serves: 1 per bowl

Vegan yogurt of choice.

frozen or fresh wild blueberries.

pecans and walnuts if desired.

Directions

put the yogurt in a bowl, set aside. Heat the blueberries in a sauce pan at medium-high heat. When the blueberries start to deflate or there is a lot of juice in the pan turn off the heat. Pour over the yogurt. If desired too with pavan sand walnuts. Enjoy!
