Hello again my lovely followers! Today I have a great way to get hydrated while drinking something that tastes good at the same time!🌺

Tea is a very great way to include herbs in your diet, and it can be drunk iced or hot.

Hibiscus tea

Water. I always use fresh apron water since tap water is not always good.
Pineapple sage. Pineapple sage is a kind of sage that actually tastes like pineapple! I have some growing in my garden and it’s beautiful.
Hibiscus tea. I used a hibiscus rose hip tea.
