What type of coconut milk?
I used canned and normal coconut milk. Canned is creamy while a carton of it is smooth and thin.
Ingredients
1 tbsp almond butter.
2 cups frozen cherries.
1/2 cup canned coconut milk.
1/4 cup yogurt of choice.
2-3 tbsp coconut milk.
3/4 cup non canned coconut milk.
2 tsp chia seeds.
DIRECTIONS
Blend until smooth.
Pour evenly into 6 popsicle holders.
Pour some extra canned coconut milk at the top of the popsicles.

It’d so good and gluten free! I used organic apples and healthy chia seeds with just a touch of raw honey! The oats I used are gluten free!

I used organic gala apples , but I only used half a apple.

There are many kinds of oats you can buy for example: rolled ,old fashioned,quick, but I used gluten free rolled oats!

ingredients
1/2 an apple , diced.
1 1/2 to 2 cups gluten free rolled oats.
1 tsp or more of chia seeds.
Extra virgin olive oil as needed.
2-3 tbsp coconut flakes.
Raw honey to taste.
Cinnamon to taste.
1/2 cup crushed walnuts.
DIRECTIONS
toast all the ingredients in a pot on medium high until fragrant and darker in color.
To serve
Serve on greek yogurt with mint or thyme to garnish.

Serves: 4-8

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil.
2 tbsp red curry paste.
1/4 cup coconut cream ( on the top of canned coconut milk).
1/2 cup coconut milk (not canned).
1/2 cup water.
2 tsp coconut aminos or soy sauce.
1 tsp brown sugar.
4 salmon fillets cubed and skinned.
Optional garnishes:
1 Thai red Chile seeded, sliced.
Kaffir lime leaves.
DIRECTIONS:
Cook all the ingredients in a wok until salmon is fully cooked and red curry paste is fragrant. Make sure to coat salmon in sauce. Cook top should be at medium high.
