Again I’ve made yet another yogurt bowl and it has one of my favorite fruits on it…bananas!!! I love my bananas and nut butter and banana blend so well together it’s hard to resist!
Make it dairy free
Use dairy free yogurt. Coconut,almond,or oat milk yogurts should do well.
Creamy sour cream blended with balsamic vinegar,garlic,and thyme. So simple and delicous!
I’ve been wanting to try new and strange different veggies and produce and artichokes were one of them! Although I got fresh artichokes I also got canned which is what I used because steaming an artichoke was not quick enough and I was hungry!
Canned artichoke is delicous,but I would like to try steamed fresh artichoke to taste the difference between the two.
Make it dairy free

Herb dressing with chives,rosemary,parsley,thyme,and basil with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar drizzled over a farmer salad with romaine lettuce,farmer cheese,walnuts,parsley,cherry tomatoes,and cucumber!

Leave out the farmer cheese,however farmer cheese is very different from normal cheddar or American cheeses.

Add crispy crunchy bacon pieces for some a meaty salad!
Not only is DIY coconut milk delicous it’s better for you with no added gums or fillers!
The coconuts at the store were so good looking I just had to get one! Although it takes a lot of time to make…when you take a sip of your work it will be worth the time!
Do I need any special tools to crack open the coconut?
You shouldn’t need any strange tools besides a hammer! (I cracked my coconut open on the driveway of cement!)
What tools will I need?
A cheese cloth.
A good hammer.
A fine seve.
A large bowl.
A pitcher (for the coconut milk).
A blender.
And a spoon.

Makes: about 4-5 cups
1 coconut.
2 cups of cold water.
DIRECTIONS
Crack open one of the small holes at the top of your coconut and pour the coconut water into a cup.
Crack open the coconut on the ground or the way you please.
Cut out the coconut meat and take off the peel.

Rinse the coconut meat lightly.
put the reserved coconut water,coconut meat,and 1 cup of the water into the blender.
Blend for 10-12 mins then add the remaining water and blend once.
Put a seve in a large bowl and cover with cheese cloth.
Pour the coconut mixture into the cheese cloth and seve.

Squeeze every last bit of milk you can out of the coconut meat.

Leave out the wheat germ it’s only optional. Use gluten free oats.

1/4-1/2 cup of yogurt of choice.
Wheat germ (optional).
Chia seeds as desired.
Walnuts.
Honey to taste.
Nut butter with a little oil.
Sliced blackberries.
Raspberries.
Oats.

DIRECTIONS
Put the yogurt in a bowl and top with all the ingredients except the nut butter mixture.
I was very thirsty one afternoon and I wanted something a little sweet but not lemonade… and ginger was the first thing that popped into my mind! Ginger is not only delicous,but full of health benefits!

Change up the fruit
If you dont fancy raspberries that much feel free to use any other kind of fruit you like! Mango sounds delicious to me. If you do change up the fruit please tell me how it turned out?!
If you let the drink sit for a little after blending you will start to see the foam separate from the juices. This is natural and can be fixed by just stirring the drink a bit.

1 tbsp of fresh grated ginger.
1 cup of water or more.
1 handful of fresh raspberries.
Mint.
Ice cubes.
Honey to taste.
Juice of 1/2 a lemon.
DIRECTIONS
Blend the ginger,water,honey,raspberries,and lemon juice in a blender until foamy.
